Vacuum impregnation A.P.I. 3.0 machine is to be a great technique to quickly introduce external liquids in the porous structures of plant tissues, in a controlled way.
A.P.I. uses a closed loop system. Closed-loop butane impregnation reduces the possibility of gas leakage by containing all solvents within the whole extraction equipment.

A wide range of applications for vacuum impregnation is possible through appropriate choice and control of operating conditions such as processing temperature, pressure, time, composition of solution, geometry of the plant pieces and contact between the plant and solution.
With vacuum impregnation API 3.0, it is possible to have an effect on cannabinoids composition and concentration, without altering the terpenes. API 3.0 is used for infusion of cananbionoids in the flower or for washing the cannabinoids from the cannabis plant.

ADDTIONAL EQUIPMENT
Heater: that significantly (by half) reduces revoery time. The solvent is recovered much faster and can be used in an another cycle.
Butane gas detector: in case of a presence of butane, there will be an visual and audio alarm when our ventilation system is installed. The detector triggers ventilaton and in case of high butane concentration all electrical consumers will be disconected (except the ventilator).

WARRANTY
2 years on stainless steel equipment. 500 working hours for recovery pump if protected with our filter and solvent tank.
